The next Representative Council elections of the Student union of the
University of Vaasa (VYY) will be held on 1st and 2nd November 2011.
Advance voting will be organised on 25th and 26th October.

The highest decision-making body of the Student Union, the
Representative Council of 30 members, will be elected in VYY's
Representative Council elections. VYY's members have the right to vote
and to run as candidates for the Representative Council in the
elections. The electoral term of the elected Representative Council is
2 years.

You can vote at polling station in Tritonia building. Please take your
ID with you. Election results will be revealed in the election night
party, 2nd November.

There are a number of groups organizing electoral alliances, lists of
candidates. Please feel free to run as a candidate if you have paid
the student union fee. If you haven't found the right list for you,
please contact the secretary general of VYY to start your own
electoral alliance.
