Leipis - sauna ja conference facilities

VYY rents sauna and conference facilities at Leipis for VYY's members, organizations and outsiders for an inexpensive price. Facilities are located at center of Vaasa. Leipis facilities include conference facilities, a small kitchen and living room and sauna facilities. Leipis has become a legendary place for all kind of events.

Conference facilities have capacity for 15-20 persons. In the living room there are sofas and chairs for about 10 people. Sauna has room for 10-15 persons at a time.

Leipis is rentable every day 8 am – 12 pm, also during summer. Additional hours must be aggreed separately.

Additional hours from 12pm to 8am 5€ per hour.

Events organized by VYY's members between 8am and 4pm are free of charge.

Cleaning service 75€ (If the facilities are not cleaned properly after renting a fine of 150€ will be charged!)

The Student House - Domus Bothnica

The Student House of Vaasa (http://ylioppilastalo.vyy.fi/) is located at the campus area of University of Vaasa. At Domus Bothnica the Student Union of University of Vaasa has an it's office and rentable facitilies; festival hall, sauna facilities, a cabinet with fireplace and a kitchen.

The sauna facilities, ABB-sauna, have capacity for about 15 persons at a time.

The cabinet with fireplace is a nice place for evening gatherings and informal meetings. There's seating for 25 people maximum and the room has an entrance to the outside terrace.

The festival hall, Wärtsilä-sali, is a 131 square metre hall with a view of the ocean. The hall is suitable for organizations' anniversaries as well as for assemblies and has capacity for 200 person at the most. Tables can be set for 150 persons maximum. The inner court and the cabinet can be used as additional space to the hall. There is video projector in Wärtsilä-sali.

Kitchen spaces are next to the cabinet. Both kitchen and the cabinet are included to the rental of Wärtsilä-sali and ABB-sauna.

Wärtsilä-sali and ABB-sauna are rentable every day throughout the year.
